In 2012, Ilya conceived and led development of imageSurge’s patent-pending, through-window touch-sensing technology. In 2013, within a year of launching the company’s first product, the Interactive Real Estate Storefront™, imageSurge garnered prestigious industry accolades: the 2013 Inman Technology Innovator Award in San Francisco, the Most Innovative Brokerage Tool of 2013 by Inman News in New York City, and the Marketing Innovation Award by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ in Las Vegas, and was also named one of the top fifteen start-ups to watch by the Boston Business Journal.
Prior to imageSurge, Ilya had spent over 20 years at the intersection of media and technology, spearheading international operations for global leaders such as Sony-BMG, BBC, Caesar’s Entertainment, MTV, Playboy, CTC Media and EF Education, as well as several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Ilya holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Oleg A. Vyadro is the CEO and Co-Founder of imageSurge. Oleg oversaw the company’s initial go-to-market activities, and is responsible for managing operations, business growth, and organizational development. As a member of the Board of Directors, Oleg helped formulate imageSurge’s strategic plan, and has led the company’s rapid growth into the recognized industry leader in interactive through-window display technologies.

Prior to imageSurge, Oleg co-founded and served as Managing Director of inSegment, Inc., a New England full-service digital marketing agency, recently ranked #1,666 on the 2014 Inc. Magazine 5,000, and #174 in Advertising & Marketing. Oleg started his professional career as a corporate attorney at the Boston firm Goodwin Procter, specializing in start-up formation and funding, IPO registrations and ongoing public company compliance, and investment company regulation.
Oleg is a graduate of Boston University and Harvard Law School.

Joe Grassia is the Chief Software Architect at imageSurge Inc. As Co-Founder and Director, Joe spearheads product development and drives the architectural vision of the imageSurge platform.
Joe has over 15 years of software, multimedia, and web development experience, producing innovative digital solutions for companies such as Nike, Sony Music, the Gap, and Disney. Joe served as lead interactive developer on websites for Electrolux, Cotton Incorporate, and Maybelline, and worked on online campaigns for Nike, NASCAR, and the Versus Network.
Joe is a graduate of Connecticut College where he studied Graphic Design and Computer Science.
Delida Costin is an accomplished attorney and seasoned technology executive with twenty years of Silicon Valley experience. She has a track record of transitioning fast-paced, high growth companies from venture-backed to public. In her capacity as General Council at Pandora Media, Delida built and led the legal team that took the company public in 2011. Previously, she was vice president and assistant general counsel at CNET Networks, which was subsequently purchased by CBS.
Delida has been named one of Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business in 2012 and 2013 by the San Francisco Business Times. She gets excited by products that rip through culture, changing consumer expectations and behavior.
Semyon is the Chairman of SMTP, Inc. (OTCBB: SMTP), a serial entrepreneur, inventor, board member, philanthropist and an angel investor with a passion for building great companies. He co-founded Fast Engines, Vert, Global Cycle Solutions, PDFfiller, and East of Air.
Semyon received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and his Master’s degree from MIT, where he was known in the early nineties for creating the SNPP Internet payment protocol, as well as for managing one of the notorious MIT Blackjack Teams.

Robert J Galvin Jr. has over 25 year in the electronics industry as an owner and co-founder of various companies. Most notably, Robert was co-founder of Printec Global companies in Taiwan, the USA and Europe. He is presently the President and CEO of GOT Interface. Robert also serves as Vice-President of Eastern Micro Devices, and recently became co-founder and President of GCS 3D LLC, an Electronics Engineering Firm.
Robert Graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. degree in Economics.
